Ex-2 If you earned 100 steps Commission in past 14 weeks 766 (week closing 4th-July-2015) to 779(week closing 3rd-October-2015), 1.5 times is 150 steps Commission which is higher then 50 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 150 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-3 If you have not earned any Commission in past 14 weeks 766 (week closing 4th-July-2015) to 779(week closing 3rd-October-2015), then you need to earn Commission of 50 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Ex-1 If you earned 40 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 1.75 times is 70 steps Commission which is less than 75 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 75 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-2 If you earned 60 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 1.75 times is 105 steps Commission which is higher than 75 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 105 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-3 If you have not any earned Commission in the 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), then you need to earn Commission of 75 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Offer – Earn commission of 2.0 times the commission steps you have earned in the past 14 weeks from 766(week closing 04th July-2015) to 779(week closing 3rd Oct-2015) or 100 steps commission whichever is higher during Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-1 If you earned 40 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 2.0 times is 80 steps Commission which is less then 100 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 100 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-2 If you earned 60 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 2.0 times is 120 steps Commission which is higher then 100 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 120 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-3 If you have not any earned Commission in the 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), then you need to earn Commission of 100 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.

Offer – Earn commission of 2.25 times the commission steps you have earned in the past 14 weeks from 766(week closing 04th July-2015) to 779(week closing 3rd Oct-2015) or 150 steps commission whichever is higher during Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-1 If you earned 50 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 2.25 times is 112.5 steps Commission which is less than 150 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 150 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-2 If you earned 100 steps Commission in 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), 2.25 times is 225 steps Commission which is higher then 150 steps Commission. Hence you need to earn Commission of 225 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
Ex-3 If you have not any earned Commission in the 14 weeks from 766 (week closing 04th July-2015) to 779 (week closing 3rd Oct-2015), then you need to earn Commission of 150 steps during the Offer period to qualify for this Offer.
General Terms and Conditions
• That the cost of the products should reach along with totally filled up SmartValue – IBA Registration Form (Physical Form) along with required documents as per the process. Incomplete applications will not be considered for the offer.
• Your target period to achieve the offer includes holidays also.
• “Online registration” means the date on which the IBA has submitted the online application form on the website www.smartvalue.biz
• The names of the winners will be displayed on the website www.smartvalue.biz
• SmartValue Products and Services Ltd. reserves the rights to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, terms, conditions, benefits, and rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• The reward is non-encashable and non-transferable.
• If any disputes in this regard shall be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
International Trip Terms & Conditions
1. The names of the qualified IBA’s will be displayed on the company website and they will also be intimated by email/ telephone, as per details available in our record.
2. Subject to T&C decisions of the SmartValue on terms or disputes if any regarding the offer shall be final and binding on the IBA’s. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
3. The Foreign trip starts from Delhi and/or Kolkata only. Independent Business Associate should reach the specified airport and also shall disperse from respective airports on return at their own expenses only including insurance during foreign trip.
4. The foreign trip will be provided to the IBA’s, those who possess valid Indian passport as on the date of demand for the same. Others are not eligible and have no right to claim in any manner for compensation of any nature in the future also.
5. Choosing airlines for travel is the sole discretion of the company. The offer covers travel and specified boarding & lodging charges only. During the stay either at abroad or in India, miscellaneous charges like laundry/ alcohol/ telephone calls etc shall be borne by the respective IBA’s.
6. In the event of any IBA being refused VISA by the concerned authorities, SmartValue is not responsible in any manner and IBA’s shall not have any claim of any nature against the company in such circumstances.
7. During local travel either at abroad or in India the IBA’s shall follow timings and instructions given by the local agent/ guide. In case of any inconvenience or loss due to non-compliance of this condition by an IBA or on any other reason, the company is not responsible for any kind of liability.
8. During the trip if any IBA is involved in any illegal or abnormal or unauthorized activity either in India or abroad, the company will not be responsible for such activities and shall not be liable for any consequence there of. In case of any miss happening or unwanted incident either for any of the individual or group of associates, the Company shall not be responsible for any nature of liability.
9. In case of loss of passport by IBA while abroad during the trip, the respective IBA shall bear all expenses for processing and getting visa including lodging and boarding charges along with return air travel charges. The company / Travel agent would provide necessary assistance only on request.
10. In case an IBA is not an individual but it is a legal entity, only one person on behalf of one legal entity is eligible for foreign tour or domestic tour.
11. An IBA who’s associate-ship is under suspension is not entitled for foreign tour/domestic tour.
12. IBA shall execute an agreement in favour of the Company by accepting the above terms and conditions along with other terms before leaving for offered tour.
Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Online User Agreement. The words and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Online Agreement. The terms of this program shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained therein.
