Eligibility for Smart Shoppe R&R plan will be considered based on below Terms and Conditions:
• Commission percentage will be considered according to Smart Shoppe monthly sales range.
• Achievement Year for Rewards and Recognition for 2015-2016 is from 1st April’ 2015 to 31st March’2016.
• Criteria for level calculation is the Smart Shoppe should be active at the financial year closing and the target must be achieved on or before 31st March’2016.
• Any newly opened Smart Shoppe in this financial year will be eligible for rewards and recognition if it achieves the sales value range criteria on or before 31st March’2016.
• All rewards are subject to deduction of taxes as per law of the land time being in force.
• All or any of the terms and conditions may change or can add additional terms or can with draw the R&R plan during the present financial year at any point of time, at the sole discretion of the Company with intimation through mass communication by posting message in Company website, all participants are requested to watch website from time to time.
