Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible for the Offer:
a. New IBA’s (Independent Business Associate): Who all are becoming an IBA of the Company between 28-09-2015 to 02-01-2016
- Do 3(three) new(100 miles) fresh sales(1:2) within 15 days from the date of Online registration
b. Existing IBA’s: Existing IBA’s who are IBA’s of SmartValue on or before 27-09-2015 and have no sales in the team as on 27-09-2015
- Do 3(three) new(100 miles) fresh sales(1:2) between 28-09-2015 to 12-10-2015
2. Qualifying for the Offer:
a. IBA’s who is joining with SmartValue between 28-09-2015 to 02-01-2016 can qualify for the offer by submitting payments of 3(three) new(100 miles) fresh sales including 2 direct references products sales (100 miles on right side and 100 miles on left side) within 15 days from the date of online registration.
b. IBA’s who have registered with SmartValue on or before 27-09-2015 and have Zero Sales in the team, can qualify for the offer by submitting payments of 3(three) new(100 miles) fresh sales including 2 direct references products sales (100 miles on right side and 100 miles on left side) on or before 12-10-2015.
c. The qualifying IBA shall be an active IBA (Purchased products of 100 miles from his Business Center).
3. For example, if an IBA is joining on 28th September 2015, he has to sell products worth 300 Miles including 2 direct references products sales(100 miles on right side and 100 miles on left side) on or before 12-10-2015 i.e. within 15 days from his date of online registration. To be more specific, the payment of the qualifying IBA and also his 3 new sales including two direct references should reach any of the branch offices of SmartValue on or before 12-10-2015.
Note: That the cost of the products should reach along with totally filled up SmartValue – IBA Registration Form (Physical Form) along with required documents as per the process. Incomplete applications will not be considered for the offer.
4. “Date of becoming an IBA” means the date on which the IBA has submitted the online application form on the website www.smartvalue.biz
5. The names of the winners will be displayed on the website www.smartvalue.biz
6. Rewards can be collected at the branch office of the company where the payments have been deposited by showing original photo ID proof
7. SmartValue Products and Services Ltd. reserves the rights to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, terms, conditions, benefits, and rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice
8. The reward is non-encashable and non-transferable
9. If any disputes in this regard shall be subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi only
10. Your target period to achieve the offer includes holidays also
